PES 2017 Second Build Gameplay

PES 2017 Release Date, Demo Details

PES 2017 Release Date

PES 2017 will be officially released on 13th September in North America and South America. It will be released in Europe and Asia on 15th September. This is significant because it will be released two weeks before FIFA 17 (29th September). This continues the trend of last year where PES 2016 was also released two weeks before FIFA 2016. The cheapest pre-orders for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of PES 2017 are currently selling at £45.00 – we can expect the PC/PS3/Xbox 360 versions to sell for at least £10.00 cheaper. If previous years are any indication then you should be able to buy PS4/Xbox One versions for between £35.00 and £40.00.

Cover Star

There is still no confirmation regarding the official cover star for PES 2017 but given the speculation and the snippets of evidence out there it looks as if it could be Lionel Messi. Here is the cover that sites are advertising PES 2017 under:

PES 2017 Demo

A playable PES 2017 demo has been announced for this year’s Gamescom which will be held in Cologne, Germany between 18th August and 21st August. A downloadable consumer demo has yet to be announced but we can speculate that it will be released not long after Gamescom. It will be interesting to see what, if any differences, there are compared to the first build which the PES community and selected media were able to play at the beginning of June. That version received universal praise so any improvements on it would be impressive. Previous versions of PES have been known to change significantly between early builds, demos and full releases.
